Converse. AI chat your business can trust.
A capability of the Axonyx platform. See what is included in Core and Enterprise →
Your people want ChatGPT. You need control. Converse is both: one AI chat with every major model behind it, and every message checked on the way through.
Every conversation goes through providers you approved, is checked against your rules, and is kept as proof. Your people get the best AI going. You get the record.
Book a demoOne portal, every model
Converse picks the right model for each job from the ones you approved, so nobody needs to go elsewhere.
- Every major model behind one screen
- The best model for the job, switched without new tools
- Routed by how sensitive the data is, and what it costs
Safe by default
Every message is checked on the way through. Sensitive data is hidden before it reaches an AI, attempts to trick it are stopped, and risky answers are flagged or blocked. Your people do nothing differently.
- Sensitive data caught in every message and file
- Attempts to trick the AI stopped automatically
- Answers checked before anyone sees them
The answer to shadow AI
Bans push people onto personal accounts where you have no say. Converse removes the reason to stray: better models, faster access, files and history included.
- Replaces personal accounts with something people prefer
- You can see and manage all of it, overnight
- Something people want to use, not another ban
Evidenced automatically
Every conversation becomes proof without anyone doing anything: who asked what, which model answered, and what was applied.
- A full record: who, which model, which rule, what happened
- Feeds your dashboards and compliance reports
- Audit-ready without anyone collating anything
One place to chat. Every AI. All of it checked.
Chat, speech and image generation across OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, with the keys, the rules and the record held by you, not the provider.
Questions we get about Axonyx Converse
What is a secure enterprise AI chat portal?
It is a chat interface your staff use instead of the public assistants, where the same governance applies to every conversation. People get the tool they want; you get the record and the control.
The reason it matters is simple. If you do not give people something good enough, they use their own accounts, and you lose sight of the data entirely.
How is this different from ChatGPT Enterprise?
A vendor's own enterprise tier governs that vendor's models. Converse sits above the models, so the same rules, redaction and evidence apply whether the answer comes from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or a model you run yourself.
It also means changing model provider is a configuration decision rather than a governance project.
Which models can staff use?
Whichever ones you allow. You can offer a choice, pin a default, or route by the sensitivity of what is being asked, so routine questions go to a fast model and anything touching customer data goes to one approved for it.
Staff do not have to understand any of that. They ask a question and the routing happens behind it.
Can staff upload documents?
Yes, and the same checks apply. A document is inspected before it reaches a model, so an upload cannot be used to get around a rule that a typed prompt would have triggered.
What was uploaded, by whom, and what the model did with it is part of the record.
Does it keep a record of conversations?
Yes. Every conversation is recorded with the model used, the policies applied and anything that was blocked or redacted, which is what makes the evidence work later.
Who can read those records is a permission you set. Most teams keep them out of managers' hands and available only to a small governance or security group.
