Agreement Overview
By accessing and using Axonyx's AI governance platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully as they contain important information about your rights and obligations.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Axonyx for legitimate business purposes only. Specifically, you may:
- Monitor and govern your organization's AI systems
- Track compliance with regulatory requirements
- Analyze AI model performance and risk metrics
- Generate reports for internal and external audits
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our security
- Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
- Interfere with the platform's operation or other users' access
- Upload malicious code or attempt to breach our systems
Service Availability
Uptime Commitment
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
Data Backup
We maintain regular backups but recommend you also export important data.
Payment and Billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are available within 30 days of initial subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Limitation of Liability
Axonyx provides the platform "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
